James McBane built the agency on honesty, integrity, and customer relationships, and passed it to his son Ralph, who ran it from 1935 to 1983. Ralph’s son Jim followed, and today brothers David and Dan McBane lead the agency, with Alec McBane representing the fifth generation.
A lot has changed since 1900. What hasn’t: when you call the Bergholz office, you talk to someone who knows the area and will still be here when you have a claim.
